Castor oil is used because of its content of ricinoleic acid.
I use a targeting herbal blend of: fresh valerian root, hemp, st. johns wort, & white willow bark.
I created a blend of essential oils chosen for their soothing properties: These include wintergreen, peppermint, clove, rosemary, rosewood, lavender, eucalyptus, & ylang ylang.
As a warning, one of the main ingredients in this cream is valerian root, which has a very strong earthy smell. Some people may find it unappealing. There are quite a few other essential oils that do cover up some of the valerian smell, but it does come through a bit.
Note: When applying this cream, please avoid broken skin or sensitive areas such as the eyes, as this cream contains very strong essential oils.
