It is my belief that every session should be designed around each unique individual’s needs, to best facilitate healing. To accomplish this, I utilize any of the modalities I have in my toolbelt as requested and needed. There will not be any upcharge for an add on such as hot stones, cupping, essential oils, or therapeutic creams.

1 hour therapeutic massage for your individual needs. This time can be used as an area specific targeted session or a full body generalized session.
60 Min Therapeutic Massage
$110
1.5 hour session, ideal for those who would like to experience the benefits of full body massage but need some additional time for a focus on those trouble spots.
90 Min Therapeutic Massage
120 Min Therapeutic Massage

Extended 2 hour, full body session. This is an excellent choice for those with severe muscle tension, many trouble areas, or for those who just don't feel a 90 min is enough to address everything thoroughly.
30 Min Targeted Session
$50
30 Minute targeted session to delve into area specific muscle pain. This can be a great option for those seeking to release tension and prevent an oncoming tension headache or those who need recovery massage at the site of past injury.
Cupping
Cupping is an ancient therapy that utilizes suction cups to relieve pain, enhance circulation, and promote healing.
Hot Stone
The integrated use of massage and heated river stones for heat therapy to help loosen and soothe irritated muscles.
Therapeutic Creams & Oils
BE Herbal Care oils and creams formulated for pain relief or relaxation, used during a therapeutic massage session.
