1 hour therapeutic massage for your individual needs. This time can be used as an area specific targeted session or a full body session. Hot stones, cupping, essential oils can be incorporated as need arises, at no additional cost.

1.5 hour session, ideal for those who would like to experience the benefits of full body massage but need some additional time for a focus on those trouble spots

Full 2 hour, full body session. This is an excellent choice for those with severe muscle tension, many trouble areas, or for those who just don't feel a 90 min is enough to address everything thoroughly.
30 Min Targeted Session

Half hour session targeting one region of the body such as the neck and shoulders for tension relief. This is a great option for those who suffer from tension headaches.
